The Commonwealth as represented by Australian Fisheries Management Authority (the Customer) is seeking submissions for the provision of the goods and services (the Requirement) as described in this Commonwealth Approach to Market. The purpose of this RFT is to:
a) identify market capability and capacity to deliver the Requirement, and
b) understand costs and payment options associated with delivery of the Requirement.
Tenderers able to provide either training services in both Darwin and Canberra localities as required are preferred.
Respondents must be able to prove and/or demonstrate their ability to supply, maintain and deliver Defensive Tactics and or Certificate IV in Government Investigations.
Conditions for Participation include:
a. tenders for one or both of the services;
b. agrees to contract as a single legal entity;
c. has the necessary Local, State, Territory and Commonwealth licences, permits, qualifications and approvals for the tendered location/s to undertake the tendered service/s. Alternatively, signs a statutory declaration declaring the ability to acquire the relevant local, State, Territory or Commonwealth documentation to undertake the tendered service/s in the tendered location/s within 30 working days after the execution of the Contract;
d. tenderers (and any of their proposed subcontractors) are not to be subject to any adverse Court or Tribunal decision or Order (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law, or workers compensation law, or if the tenderer is so subject that the tenderer has fully complied, or is fully complying with the Court or Tribunal decision or Order.
The tenderer acknowledges that if the tender is successful, subject to the Government’s policies and funding for the provision of services, the Contract for the provision of the services can be terminated at AFMA’s absolute discretion.
