Industrial Relations Technical Training Services

The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman (the OFWO and the Customer), is seeking to establish an ongoing arrangement with a Supplier that has a demonstrated ability to deliver high quality industrial relations training services.
This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of specialist learning and development Services for the delivery of industrial relations technical training to the employees of the OFWO.
Potential Suppliers must use the attached Response Template to submit their response to this ATM in accordance with the lodgement procedures set out in clause A.A.4 [Lodgement of Responses] of the ATM.
The Specified Personnel proposed by the Supplier for delivery of the training Services must, as a minimum, possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- formal qualification in industrial relations and/or labour law, or equivalent;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent;
- demonstrated high level of subject matter expertise in industrial relations; and
- demonstrated ability to deliver industrial relations training services.
Over an initial contract term of two years commencing in January 2025, with possible options for extension for up to an additional three years.
