Australia-Indonesia Partnership in Disaster Risk Management
The AIP-DRMprogram will build on:
a. the strong partnership with Indonesia's National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) and othr relevant agencies;
b. the previous phases and achievement of Australia's aid investment in Disaster Risk Management (DRM) in Indonesia;
c. the strong collaboration between BNPB and other government ministries and civil society organisations (CSOs), think tanks, the private sector and other donors; and
d. the recognition of Indonesia's growing capacity as a regional leader, by developing an active partnership to share knowledge, and operational experience between Australia and Indonesia to prepare for, and respond to humanitarian cirises in the region.
a. The Tenderer must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 9Cth);
b. The Tenderer must not be listed on the World Bank List or any similar List maintained by a development donor or is the subject of an informal inestigation or temparorary suspension which could lead the Tenderer becoming so listed;
c. The Tenderer must not be subject to an adverse Court or Tribunal decision (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of any workplace relations law, work health and safety law, or workers' compensation law, or if the Tenderer is subject, that the Tenderer has fully complied, or is fully complying with the Court or Tribunal order; and
d. The Tenderer agrees to contract as a single legal entity.
Start Date 1 July 2019 and end date 30 June 2024 (5 Years). Option to extend for a further 2 Years until 30 June 2026.
