Commercial-off-the-Shelf Pause Program Software

The ATO is seeking a COTS pause (Exercise Break) software program as a preventative measure to minimise the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders and influence behavioural change within the organisation. The software is required to provide messages from the desktop which will encourage micro pauses, breaks from the keyboard and appropriate exercise regimes. The program should empower employees to manage their own safety within a screen based environment.
Respondents must satisfy the Conditions for Participation to participate in the RFQ process or to be considered for evaluation. The conditions for participation are:
a. Respondents will refer to Clause 7.4 Commonwealth Policy and Legislation and in particular sub clauses 7.4.2 to 7.4.5 in relation to new legislation and the Australian Government Fair Work Principles.
b. If successful with its submission the Respondent will agree to provide a Statutory Declaration in relation to these Fair Work Principles. The Respondent will signify it is agreeable to this Condition of Participation in Part 3 of this Quote.
The Commonwealth will initially consider compliance with the Conditions for Participation as at the Closing Time. However, Respondents who cease to comply with the Conditions for Participation at any point in the quote process will not be considered further.
