The Bureau of Meteorology requires a solution to assist it in the processing of geospatial (both vector and raster) and related non-geospatial data in support of various business and system processes.
The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.2.3);
b. Essential Criteria as detailed at Item 2, Schedule 1 (Background and Essential Requirements
In addition, the Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at the time of lodging its Tender, the Tenderer is:
c. precluded from Tendering for Commonwealth funded work; or
d. subject to a judicial decision relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, where the employee's claim has not been paid;
