Digital Transformation of Questacon's Operating Systems (DTOS) - Uplift Project

Questacon - the National Science and Technology Centre, is seeking to uplift its current digital systems into an integrated architecture which connects and consolidates ticketing, retail, memberships, stakeholder management and outreach tour management activities into a unified system.
The main output from this contract will be the design and development/implementation of core system/s to integrate functions and data across Questacon, extend and enhance visitor and stakeholder experience beyond on-site visitation, and deliver a seamless customer experience for all user interactions.
Questacon has a preference for a core system which can meet many of the specified business systems using an Out of the Box or single application, but consideration will also be given to solutions with multiple applications integrated via plug-ins or APIs.

1. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in its tender must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership as at the Closing Time.
2. The Tenderer must either:
(a) hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time; or
(b) have a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time, and hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than four Business Days following the Closing Time: and
The Tenderer must hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first-tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
3. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as at the Closing Time.
The anticipated term of the Contract is for up to 16 months from the commencement date.
