The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) invites industry organisations to share information on how their technical and service offerings can support the delivery of Australia's Public Safety Mobile Broadband (PSMB) capability / network solution. This includes providing information which meets the requirements as set out in the Request for Information (RFI).
The RFI seeks to:
- gather information on what technical and service offerings for a PSMB capability / network solution are available in the market
- ascertain the costs involved in establishing, operating and maintaining a national PSMB capability / network solution in Australia, and
- pre-qualify vendors for a subsequent procurement process (planned to be conducted in the 2025-26 financial year) for, minimally, the communications technology, coverage, infrastructure and associated goods and services required to deliver and operate a PSMB capabillity / network solution.
NEMA encourages all interested parties to consider participating in this RFI which is designed to maximise industry engagement and enable a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities and innovations available in the market.
Please refer to the RFI documents.
AusTender is the Australian Government's procurement information system. Access to and use of Austender is subject to terms and conditions.
