Description:

DPS is looking to engage a suitably qualified, resourced and experienced Supplier to upgrade the current netball/basketball court from one court to two courts

Other Instructions:

Tenderers must register and attend the Site Visit as per the times and dates specified in the RFT.

Conditions for Participation:

DPS will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:

- The Supplier and any subcontractors proposed must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);

- Respondents must acknowledge and agree to contract as a single legal entity; and

- Potential Suppliers who do not attend the site visit, detailed at A.A.1, will be excluded from consideration
