Humanitarian Logistics Capability Phase 2

Phase II of Australia’s Humanitarian Logistics Capability (HLC) will be a flexible, responsive mechanism to provide partner governments and humanitarian partners with timely, appropriate, and complementary humanitarian supplies and logistics to prepare for and respond to crises. The investment will provide Humanitarian Emergency Response Supplies (HERS) to Australia’s government counterparts and humanitarian partners in the immediate aftermath of a crisis. It will also provide the Australian Government with logistics support for its response to humanitarian, health and consular emergencies.

Responses to evaluation criteria should not exceed 5 A4 pages. Additional pages will be removed and not evaluated.
All responses submitted must be in English.
5 years (starting from March 2025) with a potential option period of a further up to 5 years.
