Purchase of Total Organic Fluorine-Analyser (Combustion Ion Chromatography system)

The Inorganics section of the Analytical Services Branch (ASB) of the National Measurement Institute (NMI) require the procurement of a Combustion Ion Chromatography (CIC) system to determine total organic fluorine content in matrices.
This will enable NMI’s service provisions to remain contemporary in the Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) screening space.

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:
1. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in its tender must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
2. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as at the Closing Time
