This is the first stage of a two stage selection process for the head contractor. This first stage, comprising this EOI process, is intended to shortlist Respondents for the second stage.
The National Capital Authority intends to, at its sole and absolute discretion, select preferred Respondents to be issued a Request for Tender (RFT). Respondents will be shortlisted in accordance with the evaluation process detailed in the issued Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI)
The second stage, comprising a request for tender (RFT) process to shortlisted respondents is intended to select a preferred tenderer as the head contractor for the Project.

NCA is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor as the head contractor to perform the contractor's activities and to deliver and complete the works in accordance with the head contract.
The scope of works includes, but is not limtied to:
- Design and construction of temporary works includeing site access, site facilities, access roads and infrastructure, river crossings, working platforms, coffer dams, dewatering infrastructure and access into the site.
- Anchor installation, including the preparation for, and installation of approximately 700 new ground anchors through the existing dissipator slab and into the foundation rock.
- Construction of a new dissipator topping slab.
- Reconstruct the baffle blocks to suit the new topping slab.
- Installation of abutment erosion protection.
The successful head contractor will be required to manage and undertake all of the works relating to this project. Further details are provided in this EOI.
