Establishment of Therapeutic Goods Evaluation and Advice Panel
Tenderers will be invited to submit a response to one or more of the Services listed in the RFT. The successful Tenderers will be suitably qualified and experienced subject matter experts in any one or more of the following streams.
- Clinical Streams;
- Nonclinical Technical Streams:
- Pharmacology/Toxicology & Chemical Safety;
- Quality Technical Streams:
- Synthetic Pharmaceuticals;
- Plant Based Pharmaceuticals (e.g. herbal substances, preparations and products or complementary pharmaceuticals);
- Biological Sciences Technical Streams; and
- Medical Devices, including IVDs and Software Technical Streams.
The Panel will comprise providers with expertise and qualifications in a variety of specified Technical Streams, which, for TGA purposes, demonstrate value for money.

· Tender evaluation will conclude November 2023
· Therapeutic Goods Evaluation Panel commencement date February 2024
· Current panel members need to apply
1. The Tenderer must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.
2. The Tenderer, its personnel, and any Subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the Closing Time, be listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).
3. The Tenderer (and any Subcontractor proposed in its Tender) must not be named in the Consolidated list referred to in Regulation 40 the Charter of United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth).
February 2024 - January 2027, TGA will have the option to extend for up to a maximum of three years.
