The Department Industry, Innovation and Science is seeking the services of four (4) Regional Incubator Facilitators.
This Request for tender (RFT) is seeking applications from organisations and single person companies interested in being engaged under contract to provide Regional Incubator Facilitator services for the Entrepreneurs’ Programme – Incubator Support Initiative element (the Programme), administered by the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
The tenderer must either be incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 or be prepared to become a body corporate under the Corporations Act 2001 prior to being engaged as a Facilitator.
The anticipated timeframe for the contract is 12 months with two options to extend for up to 12 months each.
