This Request for Expression of Interest (RFEol) phase is to preselect a limited number of proponents (3-5) and then undertake the Request for Tender (RFT) phase with the final proponents.
The second phase RFT is planned to be released in May 2022.

The design of the National Seed Bank, the Horticulture Centre and associated infrastructure is predominately completed and now at Final Sketch Plan stage with the detailed design documentation required for the Tender to be completed by January 2022.
It is proposed that a two-stage tender process be used to select a building company for the construction oft he National Seed Bank and Northern Precinct Facilities.
