The Department is undertaking a competitive process to appoint a suitably qualified body corporate (including companies incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) for appointment as Slot Manager to provide slot coordination services for Sydney Airport.

The department will exclude Respondents from further consideration that do not meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. are not a body corporate or confirm their willingness to form a body corporate in the event they are successful in the RFP (including incorporating a company under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)).
2. do not provide financial detail on how the Slot Manager function will be funded (including total cost of providing slot coordination and the basis on which fees will be set for airlines holding slots at Sydney Airport).
