Providers are requested to tender for delivery of all or some of the following courses:

 

  • ITIL 3 Foundation syllabus and certification (+ simulation activities)

  • ITIL 4 Foundation syllabus and certification (+ simulation activities)

  • Opportunity for participants who fail to achieve ITIL certification to re-sit the exam within four weeks of completion of the original course.

  • SIAM Foundation syllabus

  • DevOps Fundamentals syllabus (+ simulation activities)

The training syllabus must include simulation activities for both the ITIL Foundation and DevOps Fundamentals courses.

 

Delivery of these training services is to be provided in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
