Rotary Wing Capability Procurement
ABF is seeking a service provider to provide a Rotary Wing Capability service to inform Maritime Domain Awareness, respond to targets of interest and conduct other Response and Logistics Support Missions throughout the Area Of Operations (AO). This includes pre-planned tasks and reactive missions in to support ABF operations
The Service Provider will be required to provide a ‘turnkey’ service that includes the personnel, helicopters, sensors, hangers/operating/refuelling facilities needed to provide the full spectrum of contracted services.
Respondents are to register their interest and submit the executed Deed of Confidentiality, and return it to the Contact Officer at RotaryWingCapability@homeaffairs.gov.au, prior to being provided access to the RFT approach to market documentation suite.
Subject to clause 18 of the Details and Terms and Conditions, the Department will exclude any Respondent from consideration if the Respondent fails to meet any of the following Conditions for Participation. The Respondent must either: (i) hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record (STR) by the Closing Time (see https://www.ato.gov.au/business/bus/statement-of-tax-record/ for further information); or (ii) hold a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office (the ATO) by the Closing Time, and hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than four Business Days from the Closing Time (and the Respondent should submit the Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by email to the Contact Officer). The Department intends for services to achieve initial operational capability by no later than 1 July 2024, with full operational capability to have commenced by no later than 1 January 2025.
