Request for Tender (RFT) DPS25000318 - Linen Services for Australian Parliament House
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) seeks to engage a suitably experienced and resourced Supplier to supply a range of linen items (Goods) to support Australian Parliament House (APH) Catering and Events services.
The required Goods, include but are not limited to:
a) tablecloths of various shapes and sizes in both black and white;
b) dinner napkins in both black and white;
c) tea towels; and
d) other items, as required by DPS from time to time.
Refer to RFT Attachment 1- Statement of Requirements for more details.
Potential Suppliers are requested to provide samples of a number of linen items as part of this RFT process.
Samples are to be provided free of charge by potential Suppliers to DPS for the purposes of evaluation, and if requested will be returned at the conclusion of the RFT process. Samples must be sent to the identified ‘Delivery Address’ in the RFT documentation by no later than the RFT Closing Date and Time.
Please Note: Questions in relation to this RFT will be accepted until 5:00 PM (ACT, Canberra local time) on 27 November 2024.
Responses received after the Closing Date and Time will not be accepted.
