DFAT is seeking to identify existing or future development opportunities that can provide:
• an NLA of approximately 25,000m2 +/- 5,000m2 of sustainable, high quality (PCA - A grade) office space suitable for DFAT’s organisational needs.
• a long-term arrangement in place by its current 2026 lease expiries, preferably in one tenancy.
• an initial term of at least ten years, plus options for lease extensions. Given the scale of its needs,
DFAT will consider a range of differing lease terms which optimise commercial opportunities and value for money for the Commonwealth.
