Request for Tender - National Panel of Assessors program

The Department of Social Services (the Department) has released the Request for Tender for the National Panel of Assessors (NPA) program 2025-2028.
As part of the 2024-25 Budget, the Australian Government (the Government) announced several Disability Employment Reforms, including continuation of the National Panel of Assessors (NPA) program from 1 July 2025.
The NPA program will provide a range of Assessment Services to support the needs of people with disability in the workplace. These include:
• Supported Wage System (SWS) Assessments
• Ongoing Support Assessments (OSA), and
• Workplace Modifications Services (WMS) Assessments
The draft Deed for the NPA program is also available to assist potential Respondents in developing their response.
The Department will hold an Industry briefing through a webinar on Monday 21 October 2024 from 1.00pm to 2.00pm Canberra time. Services will start on 1 July 2025 for an initial period of three years to 30 June 2028, with an option of up to a three year extension.
