IT Traineeship Program
A Traineeship program providing an initial intake of 3 with the capacity to increase up to 7 trainees per year, or as required, including a balance of high school leavers and mature aged candidates, or as required, to meet the Bank's requirements.
The scope of the required services encompasses all aspects of people management, training and provision of labour (trainees), including:
- Recruitment and selectoin services
- Deployment (onboarding/Offboarding)
- Performance Management Services
- Program Management of Traineeship
- Payrolling services for trainees including accountability for salaries, superannuation, on-costs (workers compensations), at cost
- Provision of structured learning and development program for trainees including applicable vocational education qualifications and other formal certifications
- Delivery of a certificate IV in IT (or equivalent) to all trainees including co-ordination with TafeNSW or alternate training delivery provider
Contract term: The Bank intends to enter into a 6 year contract with two options of 2 years each at the Bank's discretion, for a total duration of up to 10 years.
An initial cohort is planned to start in 2023, with a new cohort starting each year.
- The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time
- Tender response inlcudes a completed and signed Response Deed
- Tender response were received prior to the closing time
- The Respondent has completed and provided a response to Response Schedule 8 - Legal Declarations, and Response Schedule 10 - Indigenous Procurement
- The Respondent complies with the mandatory service requirements under Response Sheet
Contract Execution: April 2023
Initial Cohort of Trainees starting from: April/May 2023, for a duration of 24 months, and with the last cohort starting early 2028 and finishing early 2030.
There will be in total 6 cohorts with an initial intake of 3 with capacity to increase up to 7 trainees each year, or as required.
