The Federal Court of Australia, as the Entity for the purposes of the PGPA Act (the Entity), is seeking to engage a suitable, qualified Service Provider for the provision of the Security Guarding and Building Alarm Monitoring Services (the Services) to all relevant Courts and Tribunals via this RFT. The Entity is seeking a single Australia wide contract with one service provider.
Given the sensitivity of the content of the RFT, the full RFT (including the Statement of Requirements, draft Contract, Data Pack and Response Schedules) will not be published on AusTender. Only a summary ( Part A – RFT – READ ME FIRST) of the Entity’s requirements and Part A – Terms and Conditions have been included for download via AusTender. The full RFT suite of documents is only available to prospective tenders after completion and return of Part F (Confidentiality Deed Poll).
Subject to clause 26, if the Entity considers that a Tenderer does not satisfy all of the following Conditions for Participation, that Tender will be excluded from further consideration under this RFT:
1) The Tenderer must be a legal entity recognised under Australian law at the Tender Closing Time.
2) The Tenderer must either:
(a) hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Tender Closing Time; or
(b) have a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Tender Closing Time and hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the Tender Closing Time.
The Tenderer must hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
3) The Tender must be submitted by a single legal entity (it must not be a joint Tender from two or more separate entities).
4) The Tenderer must have, or demonstrate that it is able to obtain, any licence which the Tenderer is required to have to lawfully provide the Services in each State and Territory in which the Services will be delivered.
Estimated execution of Contract June 2024 with full services to commence 2nd quarter of the 2024/25 financial year.
