The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is seeking information from industry experts to better understand the market, and ascertain the possiblity for an automated, quick and reliable return/inbound solution that is near real time, enabling the ABS to feed though very large volumes of unopened but completed Census Paper Forms Mail Returns, still in their envelopes and register the receipt of these returns using barcode recognition technology.
