The services include construction services only with respect to the following scope of works:
Undertake fitout works at Sirius Building, 23 Furzer Street, Phillip, ACT, Levels 3 and 5 incorporating approximately 9,630 square metres, implementing the objectives and principles of the New Ways of Working (NWOW) Program.
Works will be delivered in 2 stages, with construction required to occur one stage at a time.
Industry Briefing
An industry briefing will be held on Monday 1 July 2024. Further details are described in the Request for Tender documentation.
Estimate Value
The estimated value of these works is $18,000,000.00 to $24,000,000.00
Indigenous Procurement Policy

The works described in the Request for Tender are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).

The award date for the contract will be on or around Monday 26 August 2024, with completion of the works on or around Monday 5 May 2025.
