The services required include:
- fieldwork planning and implementation:
- building, testing and hosting of an online survey;
- pilot testing (including cognitive testing)
- sampling and recruitment;
- managing all aspects of data collection and data management;
- coding other-specify responses (back-coding, new code frames);
- providing raw datasets and a final clean data file (under a robust transfer process);
- protecting confidentiality and securely store survey data;
- disseminating participant incentives/reimbursement; and
- providing pilot, interim and final reports, including response rates, sample representativeness, learnings, and recommendations.
