Provision of illegal foreign vessel caretaking and disposal services
The Commonwealth of Austrlia operating as the Australian Fisheries Management Authority (AFMA) wises to invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the provision of illegal foreign vessel caretaking and / or disposal services accross nothern Australia. AFMA proposes that any Contract arising from the RFT qill have an inital term of three (3) years from 01 July 2024 to 01 July 2027, with options to extend the Contract for a further term of up to three (3) years, exercisable at the discretion of AFMA.
AFMA welcomes submissions of alternative solutions and will consider tenders submitted for a single location of multiple locations. AFMA prefers cost recovery via a fixed vessel service fee agreement.
