Costed Option
The project office is to investigate the inclusion of a costed option to develop a proof of concept ITT capability for the extant Abrams M1A1 MBT prior to Gate 2. This is dependent on funding availability and the selection of a preferred tenderer.
Other instructions
The project sits within Armoured Vehicle Division:

No additional tender briefings are to be conducted prior to the RFT release.
As the ITT is to provide an immersive simulation capability for the Abrams M1A2 MBT to be procured under Foreign Military Sales, Third Party Transfer Requests are required to access relevant data.
Therefore accreditation under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations is a condition of participation.
