National Gallery of Australia Capital Works MS Project Scheduler
Conducting a comprehensive review of the current master program, which integrates approximately 20 individual project and programs into a unified Whole of Portfolio Master Program. The consultant will be responsible for compiling and structuring this comprehensive Master Program to encompass all Capital Works activities. This involves consolidating individual programs into a single master program and endsuring seamless updates on a bi-monthly basis to aligh with project lifecycles.
The Commonwealth Contract Suite (CCS) for this procurement. Refer to Commonwealth Contract Terms and Conditions (attached).
The successful tenderer/consultant does not need to be an Australian citizen, but must have working rights in Australia. They will also need to provide a police check (no older than 4 weeks) and attend a security induction.
The tender proposal must not exceed 10 pages in length with marketing material minimised.
Questions and Answers regarding this procurement will close 12:00pm on 3 July 2024.
Tendered proposals are to remain valid 80 days from Tender closure date.
