Human Resource Development Program Phase 3 (Aus4skills)

Aus4Skills Phase 3 (2026-2035) is a ten-year up to AUD90 million human resource development (HRD) program that will support Vietnam’s ambitions of becoming an upper middle-income country by 2030 and a high-income country by 2045. Aus4Skills Phase 3 will build on and consolidate Australia’s longstanding support for education and skills development in Vietnam. The current phase of the program (Aus4Skills Phase 2) is due to conclude by 31 December 2025, and was recently reviewed.
