ATM000045 - Caretakers Services on Low Isles
The Commonwealth as represented by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (the Customer) is seeking submissions for the provision of the services (the Requirement) as described in this Commonwealth Approach to Market.
Low Isles is approximately 15 km northeast of Port Douglas, and 60 km north of Cairns. Low Isles includes two coral cays: Low Island and Woody Island. The Lightstation on Low Island, excluding the Lighthouse, is owned by the Commonwealth, and managed by GBRMPA. The Low Isles caretakers reside full-time on Low Island a 1.6ha island, surrounded by approximately 55 ha of fringing reef. Tourism operators and day visitors access Low Isles.
Potential suppliers are required to comply with all requirements set out in the Commonwealth Approach to Market Terms when submitting a response.
Potential Suppliers must familiarise themselves with all contents of the formal Approach to Market documentation attached, including essential and non-essential requirements in A.A.2.

The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
Any Tender Response that does not meet the Essential Requirements in Item 1 of Clause A.A.2.
