NDIA - Approach to Market for the Provision of Mailroom and Records Management Services
The National Disability Insurance Agency (The NDIA) is seeking submissions for the provision of Mailroom and Records Management Services (the Requirement) as described in the Approach to Market (ATM) comprising of the following documents and attachments:
- PROC-2931B – NDIA – Approach to Market (ATM) – Mailroom and Records Management Services
- Attachment A - ATM Response Form (Must be completed and submitted with response)
- Attachment B - Commonwealth ATM Terms and Contracting Suite Glossary and Interpretation
- Attachment C - NDIA Additional Contract Terms
- Attachment D - Commonwealth Contract Terms.
In submitting a response, Potential Suppliers are required to comply with all requirements set out in the Commonwealth Approach to Market Terms (Attachment B), and if successful, agree to enter into a contract which incorporates the NDIA additional Contract Terms and the Commonwealth Contract Terms (Attachment C & Attachment D).
The NDIA may award separate contracts for Mailroom Services (refer Clause 5.1.4 a) of the ATM and Records Management Services (refer Clause 5.1.4 b)of the ATM OR the NDIA may award one contract for both Mailroom Services and Record Management Services
Any questions relating to this Approach to Market (ATM) must be directed to the NDIA Contact Officer at section 8 of the ATM. Updates of the ATM will be distributed via email only to AusTender.
1. The Potential Supplier warrants that its Response was not prepared with the assistance of;
a) a current NDIA Officer (encompasses all NDIA employees, labour hire workers, consultants, secondees, officials, and those in the Executive Placement Program), or
b) a former NDIA Officer who has worked in the NDIA within the last six months.
2. The Potential Supplier is a legal entity recognised under Australian law.
3. The Potential Supplier has responded and completed all requirements contained in Attachment A – ATM Response Form.
4. The Potential Supplier confirms whether the submission is for Mailroom Services, for Records Management Services, OR both.
5. If the submission is for Mailroom Services, the potential supplier must confirm it has a processing facility in ACT to manage incoming mail received via GPO Box 700.
Any Submissions that do not meet the conditions for participation will be excluded from further consideration.
The anticipated service commencement is February 2025, with an initial contract term of 3 years and 2 years extension option.
