The main objective of this procurement is to ensure the guaranteed supply of high quality and technically compliant Capsules. The Customer aims to obtain a best value for money outcome from this procurement activity and enter into an agreement with an innovative organisation(s) that has a willingness to work with the Customer.
The Customer is also seeking a strategic partner(s) to provide supply chain efficiency, ensuring product quality and reliability, fostering innovation, and achieving cost-effectiveness. The aim is to collaborate with Suppliers with a commitment to excellence that align with the Customer’s business strategies.
The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
1. Neither the Potential Supplier nor any nominated subcontractor are at the time of Tender experiencing an Insolvency Event.
2. Neither the Potential Supplier nor any nominated subcontractor has been the subject of a judgement or arbitration determination in connection with any claim from a customer that finds they had deficiencies in performance of any requirement or obligation under a contract for the supply of clear injection moulded plastics.
3. Neither the Potential Supplier, nor any nominated subcontractor is at the time of Tender named in Parliament as not complying with the Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
4. Neither the Potential Supplier, nor any nominated subcontractors, is at the time of Tender named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001.
5. The Potential Supplier has signed and returned the Deed of Confidentiality at clause 6 of the ATM Response Form (Deed of Confidentiality) to the Contact Officer in A.A.5
a) The Deed of Confidentiality is required for provision of all drawings, specifications, and the Draft Contract.
