The Australian War Memorial ('the Memorial') is seeking an established food and beverage service operator to provide high quality cafe and functions management services that meets the needs of its visitors, clients and staff. The successful tenderer will be sympathic to the Memorial's mission, responsive to the opportunities the venues present and provide services with a contemporary and stylish quality.

Industry Briefings
The Memorial will hold an industry briefing for Registered Tenderers to clarify the Memorial's objectives and priorities for this RFT and to respond to questions arising ou of this RFT process.
Tenderers must pre-register their attendance at the industry briefing with the Contact Officer no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 17 August 2023. Attendance at the industry briefing will be at the Tenderer's own cost. Attendance at the industry briefing is compulsory.

There are no Conditions for Participation.
The term of any contractural arrangement arising from this RFT with the successful Tender will be one of two options. Option 1 is ten years, plus option for additional 5 years. Option 2 is 5 years, plus option for additional 5 years.
