Noise and Flight Path Monitoring Service and Noise Complaints and Information Solution

The purpose of this notice is to advise the market that Airservices Australia (Airservices) intends to approach the market for the provision of Noise and Flight Path Monitoring Service and Noise Complaints and Information Solution(s). An open market Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released via AusTender towards the end of March 2020/early April 2020.
Airservices provides a range of services associated with noise management to comply with legislative requirements detailed under Ministerial Direction M37/99 and the Commonwealth Air Services Act 1995.
Airservices performs a key role in the management and distribution of information relating to aircraft noise. It is responsible for collecting aircraft noise and flight path data at a number of aerodromes around Australia and maintains a network of noise monitoring units in close proximity to established flights paths.
Airservices seeks to engage one or more service providers to deliver best practice:
i. Aircraft Noise and Flight Path Monitoring Service (NFPMS); and
ii. Complaints and Information Management Solution (CIMS).
