Media and Communication Services for Australia Pavilion - World Expo Osaka
The Potential Supplier must develop, design, manage and provide content for the Australia Pavilion website and other social media channels. The Potential Supplier will need to ensure target audiences in Australia and Japan are aware of Australia’s participation at the Expo, while maximising opportunities for widespread and positive media coverage of the Australia Pavilion. To assist in ensuring the Australia Pavilion provides a positive visitor experience, the potential supplier must address issues and ensure the potential for adverse coverage of the Expo or Australia’s Pavilion are managed appropriately and accurately. This will be achieved through the delivery and implementation of a Media and Communications Strategy inclusive of the following plans and activities:
- Digital Media Plan
- Media Relations Plan
- Research and Evaluation Plan
- Collateral items, publications and other materials
- Issues Management
- Value-added services
- On-site personnel.
