Central to this RFP process is that Respondents demonstrate capability of conducting Program assurance reviews through detailed risk assessment, health checks, gating checks, pre-implementation reviews and post-implementation reviews using a program assurance framework. The Respondents should have necessary qualifications in program assurance and should be able to bring Subject Matter Expertise as required for the reviews (including expertise in Risk, Governance, IT Transformation and to the extent possible, Culture reviews).

The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.

 

Tender response received prior to the closing time and lodged electronically via AusTender.

 

The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed.

 

The Respondent will provide responses and necessary evidence to the Vendor Control Assessment (VCA) questionnaire attached in Section 7 of RFP Part 3; and participate in the Vendor Control Assessment (VCA) conducted by the Bank when required during evaluation period.

 

The Respondent is not subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal and have not paid the claim).

 

Where the Respondent is a Relevant Employer, the Respondent is compliant with its obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (the WGE Act).

 

The Respondent is not precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work at closing time.

 

The Respondent must not be an entity listed under terrorist legislation or subject to sanctions.

The Bank proposes an initial contract term of three years, commencing from the date the contract is enacted. There is potential for two additional one-year extensions (totalling two years) subject to performance review and the ongoing requirement for program assurance.

Each engagement’s timeline and milestones will be established and mutually agreed prior to the commencement of the respective Statement of Work, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables for each engagement.
