Stage 1 requires that potential suppliers meet the conditions for participation and provide a response that addresses the items listed at 1.2.3 of the REOI. Up to 5 proposals that address these requirements and provide an economical solution will be invited to participate in Stage 2. Subject to assessment of responses received in Stage 1, Stage 2 will involve evaluation of detailed proposals against CCS ATM Evaluation Criteria to determine a proposal that offers best value for money.

The Australian War Memorial (the Memorial) is seeking economical and innovative proposals to produce low cost, highly robust, tactile, interpretive three dimensional (3D) scale replicas of Large Technology Objects (LTO) including vehicles, vessels and aircraft that are intended to form part of the interpretive display alongside the physical LTO in locations across the Memorial galleries and grounds.

The Memorial wish to understand manufacturing options in the market that can produce 3D replicas that will maintain structural integrity for up to 10 years and withstand handling by up to 1 million visitors annually.
