The Australian Antarctic Program requires intercontinental and intracontinental aviation services comprising four core capabilities that can be bundled under one supplier/prime or delivered under individual contracts.
The sole purpose of this RFI is to obtain information regarding aviation capability to support the Australian Antarctic Program, it is not a procurement process and no contract will be awarded as an outcome of this RFI process.
More detail can be found in the Statement of Needs of the RFI document. The Department has also provided the Operational Concept Document (OCD) and the OCD Annexes to assist respondents in understanding the requirements. The OCD and OCD Annexes are for information and contextual purposes only.
The response must be provided in accordance with the Request for Information - Statement of Needs (Annex A) and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, or referred to, in RFI 23/97 Request for Information regarding Aviation Caabilities to support the Australian Antarctic Program.
Interested parties should ensure that the response to the RFI is lodged prior to 2.00PM, 30 June 2023.
