Request for Information
Responses are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for:
Premises ranging from 850 to 1000 square metres NLA on the ground floor. Premise must be suitable for customer service delivery. The proposed area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency’s discretion.
Site must be located within the suburb of Coomera or surrounding localities as depicted on the Location Map (see Tenderlink).
Premises will ideally be situated close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking.
Lease term:
Preference for Seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each.
Lease and operational commencement no later than 1 July 2026
Minimum Grade ‘A’ office building design based on ‘A Guide to Office Building Quality’ (Property Council of Australia 2019)
Energy and sustainability performance aligning with Commonwealth requirements including the Net Zero Strategy
