The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced & reputable Contractor to undertake specialised façade remediation works.

As part of ongoing maintenance and monitoring program the NCA recently undertook a detailed structural inspection of the building. The investigation identified defects with façade panels and the external waterproofing system.

A package of works for façade remediation and waterproofing has been developed and includes;

1.         Specialist facade cleaning to full external surfaces

2.         Concrete repairs to the external cladding panels and internal concrete walls

3.         Renewal of all external panel joint sealants

4.         Roof system upgrades, including new gutters and drainage

5.         Glazing works, including a review and replacement of seals where required

6.         Install additional fixings to support the cladding panels; and

7.         Apply protective coating to external face of ferrocement cladding

Further details are contained in the ATM Documentation.

The successful Contractor will need to demonstrate a strong track record and high levels of skill and experience in delivering comparable packages of works.
