Provision of a Panel for Training programs Exercises and Evaluation Services
The tenderer must have the capacity to undertake all aspects of training which includes but is not limited to the design, delivery, assessing and providing feedback to learners in line with AMSA, Australian Skills Quality Authority Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO), Vocational Education and Training and RTO compliance requirements. The tenderer must also be willing to evaluate and participate in continuous improvements towards current and future training courses.
a) The tenderer must provide trainers and assessors who hold TAE40116, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and be willing to upgrade when new versions are released.
b) In order to facilitate delivery and assess learners the trainers must hold the relevant Units of Competence.
c) The tenderer must demonstrate currency and maintenance of Industry specific skills for all Units of Competence and vocational education.
The panel arrangement will run for an initial term of three years with two 12 month extension options, with an anticipated start date of 1 March 2023
