Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme - solution advice and costing for a data administration service

The Department of Health is seeking to engage a Data Administration Service Provider to manage Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme data relating to fast moving consumer goods covering stock movement, including track and trace capabilities, from manufacturer to point of sale
The Department requires a service that can be classified into the following five high level capabilities:

user Interface including registration and access management, operational support call centre, web content, data views, training, and reporting;

security and Access Controls meeting the Secure Cloud Strategy requirements of the Digital Transformation Agency;

business Processes including portal registration, linking and reporting;

business Intelligence including data exchange, government monitoring and reporting, and information to assist dispute resolution; and
-
integration of data from external supply chain systems either manually or with automated data.
