This RFI is seeking to gather information from the market on potential solutions. Information provided in a Response may be used by the ATO in any future stages of the procurement process. Details of any potential second stage of this process are outlined in the Request for Information documentation.

The ATO is seeking information on new technology options to uplift its business automation capability to:
- enable us to reduce technology diversity,
- address some aging technologies and
- create a higher level of assurance over the solutions.
The solution would need to operate effectively within an existing ecosystem of diverse technology solutions and would facilitate an evolution towards contemporary and innovative practice to automate business processes.
