The ACMA is a Commonwealth entity in the Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications portfolio. The ACMA is responsible for the regulation of broadcasting, the internet, radiocommunications and telecommunications. This includes regulating and allocating public resources such as licences to use the radiofrequency spectrum.

The ACMA's strategic procurement outlook seeks to engage with potential suppliers for a range of goods and services.

Each Planned Procurement must have a UNSPSC Category.  To locate Planned Procurements published in a specific UNSPSC category, select the category from the list.

To select multiple categories, hold down CTRL on your keyboard.

Annual Procurement Plan View – Planned Procurement Status

To locate Planned Procurements with a specific status, use the drop down menu to select the status.

Each Planned Procurement has a status.  The status reflects where the Planned Procurement is in the planning or procurement lifecycle.  Planned Procurement statuses are: 

As published – unchanged since originally published

Amended – has been amended since published

To Market – converted to an ATM and has gone to the market

Withdrawn – has been withdrawn from the APP

Cancelled – has been cancelled by AusTender system administrators.  Cancelled Planned Procurements are removed from public view but are still visible to APP Publishers.
