Strategic Procurement Outlook

The National Water Commission is a small statutory authority whose key responsibilities are to to provide independent assurance of governments' progress on water reform and to promote the objectives and outcomes of the Intergovernmental Agreement on a National Water Initiative.

To meet its responsibilites the Commission may from time to time require the support of consultants and contractors to provide advice, information or otherwise contribute to the Commisison's work. The Commission will cease its operations on 31 December 2014. There are no planned tenders for the period up to closure.

Each Planned Procurement must have a UNSPSC Category.  To locate Planned Procurements published in a specific UNSPSC category, select the category from the list.

Annual Procurement Plan View – Planned Procurement Status

To locate Planned Procurements with a specific status, use the drop down menu to select the status.

Each Planned Procurement has a status.  The status reflects where the Planned Procurement is in the planning or procurement lifecycle.  Planned Procurement statuses are: 

As published – unchanged since originally published

Amended – has been amended since published

To Market – converted to an ATM and has gone to the market

Withdrawn – has been withdrawn from the APP

Cancelled – has been cancelled by AusTender system administrators.  Cancelled Planned Procurements are removed from public view but are still visible to APP Publishers.
