Strategic Procurement Outlook
The Gallery's purpose is to increase the understanding and appreciation of the Australian people - their identity, history, culture, creativity and diversity - through portraiture. The Gallery houses the national collection of portraits of Australians reflecting the breadth and energy of Australia culture and endeavour. Subjects in the collection are individuals who have, and who will continue to shape our nation and define our collective persona. As a member of a group of national collecting institutions, the NPGA is unique in its exclusive use of portraiture to explore Australian culture, history, individual achievement and identity. The Gallery is located in Canberra, ACT.
All planned procurement which may be open for Multi Agency Access are identified as such, and all open approaches to the market will be advertised on Austender. All request documentation for open approaches to the market will be available electronically from Austender when the approach to the market takes place.
All planned procurements are subject to revision or cancellation. The Annual Procurement Plan (APP) may be updated to maintain currency as the year progresses. The information therein is provided for planning purposes only and it does not represent a solicitation or constitute a request for proposal, nor is it a commitment by the Gallery to purchase the described property or services.
