Major Office Machines Whole of Government Procurement

The Department of Finance and Deregulation (Finance) is issuing a Request for Tender to establish two panels for the provision of Major Office Machines Equipment and Support and Managed Print Services to Australian Government Departments and Agencies subject to the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act), and available to Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (CAC Act) bodies where appropriate.
MOMs Equipment is defined as networked printers, scanners and multi function devices (MFDs) that have the ability to print, copy, scan and fax.
Additional information is available in a Data Room. Tenderers will be required to complete a Data Room Registration Form and Deed Poll (RFT Part I) to apply to receive access to the Data Room. This process is detailed in the RFT. The Data Room will be available from Tuesday 20 July 2010, and will close on 24 August 2010.
An Industry Briefing is expected to be held in the week commencing 26 July 2010. Details will be provided via AusTender. Tenderers will be required to register to attend this session.
