The Department is seeking Tenders for the provision of Desktop, Midrange, Local Area Network (LAN), and Helpdesk services (Services).

The Tenderer and any nominated subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth); and

 

The Tenderer and any nominated subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the time of Tender, be listed as terrorists by the Minister for Foreign Affairs by notice in the Gazette under Section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945. A consolidated list of such persons, entities and associated assets is maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade under the Charter of the United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008.
