FIRST WORLD WAR GALLERIES REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT – EXECUTIVE PRODUCER FOR AUDIO VISUAL

The Memorial is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of an Executive Producer or Production Company/Group (the Producer) to design and produce a suite of Audio Visual (AV) experiences for the First World War galleries redevelopment project.
Any questions you have about this EOI must be submitted bye-mailto the Project Manager whose details are listed below, prior to the deadline for submission of questions. That deadline is identified in section 1.12. Approaches, direct or indirect, made to other Memorial employees for information relevant to this EOI are prohibited and may be considered as grounds for exclusion from this EOI process.

1.12 of the EOI
You must provide:
• an original marked as ‘Original’; plus
• three (3) paper copies marked as ‘Copy’ and numbered sequentially; and
• an additional copy of the EOI (including any supporting material) on disk. The Memorial may agree to other formats upon request.
No late EOI’s will be considered.
The Memorial will only admit to evaluation of an EOI that was received late solely due to mishandling by the Memorial.
If an EOI is submitted after the Lodgement Deadline, the submission will be opened and registered separately as having been received after the Lodgement Deadline and will be deemed to be a Late EOI.
Late submissions that were received with no fault of the Memorial will be returned to the Tenderer and not evaluated.
The services are required from December 2013 to February 2015. A summary of the proposed milestones are:

Production: December 2013 – July 2014
Installation and commissioning:July 2014 – November 2014
