Request for Expressions of Interest: Design of an Optimum Pre-commitment System to inform the ACT Trial
This procurement is to research the design of an optimum pre-commitment system and forms part of the Australian Government’s commitment to implement measures under the National Gambling Reform Acts. This research is being commissioned by the Australian Government in consultation with the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Trial Oversight Committee, to inform the trial of mandatory pre-commitment.
This research will be conducted over two phases. Phase one will focus on the pre-implementation preparatory work to prepare for the trial and phase two will focus on the trial’s implementation - applying the design features to the ACT environment. Suitably qualified organisations are invited to register their interest to provide these services. Respondents should detail their capabilities and experience that will support them in delivering these services and why they are interested in being considered for service provision.
Potential suppliers must meet conditions in Schedule 2.
Please note, this is a two stage procurement process. A Pre-qualified Tender will be sent out to eligible EOI respondents to invite them to tender in March 2013. The research is expected to commence in May 2013. Specific milestones related to the requirements will be detailed further as part of the Pre-qualified Tender.
